FANCY

Born November 17, 2024

Fancy is already an experienced community ambassador!

Last summer, Fancy visited a program for the Village Library in Broadway, Virginia, where she got to spend time meeting families at the local park. She even made an appearance at Vacation Bible School!

With all that experience meeting new people, the fair isn't Fancy's first time in the spotlight.

⭐ Fun Fact: Fancy has been helping us introduce children and families to Highland cattle since she was a calf!

VANNA

Born December 27, 2025

Vanna is one of the youngest members of our show crew—and getting her to the fair was quite an accomplishment!

Vanna was weaned this summer and had only a few weeks to learn how to wear a halter and walk on a lead before coming to the fair.

She also has a pretty amazing beginning. Vanna was born through embryo transfer. A Miniature Highland embryo was transferred into an Angus recipient cow, who carried Vanna through pregnancy and gave birth to her.

⭐ Fun Fact: Even though an Angus cow carried and gave birth to Vanna, Vanna's genetics came from her Miniature Highland biological parents!

KODY

Kody is our treat-loving member of the group!

One of his favorite things is eating alfalfa treats right from our hands. He also seems to really enjoy being brushed, scratched and loved on.

If you see Kody relaxing while someone brushes him at the fair, he's probably having a pretty good day!

⭐ Fun Fact: Kodi will be turning a year old on September 12th!
